Just a note to inform you that we are extremely pleased with the service that your company provided to us. Rodney Lopez came out to our home to evaluate the problem and recommend a new a/c system. Rodney was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Rodney was always available to answer our questions and called on the day of installation of our new system to ensure that installation was going smoothly. He is awesome!

On the day of installation, Brad Casey and Jorge Borja arrived at our door. I had a very good impression of Brad and Jorge when I first met them but thought to myself, "how much can these kids know about changing out a whole new a/c system"? Well, let me tell you, they were amazing! Brad answered all my questions (which was a lot) and was very professional, polite, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Brad also returned a few days later to install a second intake vent that he felt was necessary for our new system. I truly felt he just wanted the job to be done well and correctly, which I totally appreciated!! Jorge was also very impressive and equally knowledgeable, professional and very nice.

We also wanted to thank you for the discount on our new system that you gave to us. It was very much appreciated. We would recommend your company to anyone that needs a new a/c system or service. We were also very impressed by how quickly you were able to send a technician then change out our entire system. Great companies that are dependable and honest are hard to find these days but you totally surpassed our expectations!! Thank you again for your awesome service. We will definitely use you again in the future for our a/c needs and recommend your company to everyone!!

    I just thought I'd take a moment to write a good review for these guys. They offered me a FREE FIRST TIME SERVICE CALL (the cost was deducted from my bill) and were not only prompt but professional. The technician came to my house on time as promised and immediately began to look at my system. He opened the unit out back and inspected it. He quickly found a wire that somehow had come loose and shorted out the main fan. Not only was it causing the unit to not work but posed a significant fire hazard. After repairing the wire and getting the unit back up and running he replaced all of my ac filters throughout the house. Now my electricity bill has dipped a few dollars and my home is back to being cool. Thanks Easy AC!

    Easy AC is a great company but needed a new permit manager. Linda took over as permit mngr this past summer and has done a spectacular job in replacing our previous not so great mngr. GREAT JOB LINDA!

    If you've ever had to sleep in a house in Tampa without working A/C in August, you will have a greater appreciation for the whole appliance and those that fix them! My AC went out late Sunday afternoon and indoors quickly reached 88 degrees! I called Easy AC that evening and they committed to a window of 10-12noon Monday. The tech arrived at 1030am. Going through financial hardship at present, I was worried about the cost of fixing or replacing an AC unit. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure to buy something I didn't need. My repair turned out to be fairly simple and inexpensive but MUCH appreciated. I felt the tech was honest and open with me about how much longer my unit had before needing to be replaced. He gave a ballpark figure for replacement which I can now budget for. When that time comes, I will choose Easy AC to do the work. The tech even provided his cell phone number in case I had any questions later in the day. Very positive experience - would recommend to anyone.
